Nordopoly is a small team in Stockholm working with producers across Europe to open the Nordic alcohol market — quietly, without forcing anyone to learn another platform.
The market
The Nordic alcohol monopolies — Systembolaget, Vinmonopolet, and Alko — are the sole legal off-trade retailers in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Together they sell over €8B per year. Each publishes a tender calendar where producers can apply with specific products against tightly defined briefs.
How matching works
You upload your catalogue (Excel, PDF, or manual). We index every SKU and run it against every open tender, scoring fit on category, ABV, volume, price ceiling, certifications, and origin. You only hear about briefs where you have a real shot.
Application flow
When a brief fits, we draft and submit the official application on your behalf — in Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish — pulling data from your catalogue and any lab sheets and labels you've shared.
If you win
Our partner importers handle logistics, customs, and delivery into the monopoly. You stay focused on making the product.
